Who are these services designed for?
Our work suits small and mid-sized Malaysian organisations — typically 20 to 300 people — that are growing, going through transitions, or simply finding that informal approaches no longer serve them as well as they once did. We are accustomed to working with founding teams, department heads, and senior management.
How do engagements typically begin?
We start with a scoping conversation — usually 30 to 45 minutes — where we listen to your situation and share honestly whether our services are a practical fit. If there is a good match, we send a brief proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment. Work begins once we have aligned on expectations.
Do you work with organisations outside Penang?
Yes. Most of our engagement work can be conducted remotely via video calls, shared documents, and virtual workshops. We have worked with clients in Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, and beyond. For engagements that benefit from in-person sessions, we discuss travel arrangements during the scoping stage.
What is included in the quoted price?
The listed prices cover the full engagement as described, including all working sessions, intermediate reviews, and final deliverables. Travel or printing costs, if needed, are discussed separately. We do not add fees partway through a project without prior discussion.
How involved does our team need to be?
Meaningful involvement from your side makes the output far more relevant. Typically, we ask for a few working sessions per week with a designated contact person and occasional input from wider stakeholders. We work around your schedule and keep meeting time focused and purposeful.
What happens after the engagement ends?
You leave with usable deliverables your team can act on independently. We also include a brief handover session at the close of each engagement. Some clients come back to us for follow-on work six to twelve months later — we are always open to that, though there is no obligation.
