Started in Penang, Shaped by Practice
arahxad Collective was founded in 2016 by a group of practitioners who had spent years inside organisations — watching the same communication breakdowns repeat, the same performance reviews frustrate, and the same competitors surprise people who had stopped paying attention.
The name arahxad — the Malay word for direction — reflects what we believe most consulting should offer: not prescriptions, but clearer orientation. We work alongside leadership teams to help them see their situation more precisely and choose their path more deliberately.
Our team draws on backgrounds in organisational development, strategic management, and industry research. We are based in George Town, Penang, and serve clients across Malaysia. Engagements are structured, time-bound, and always conclude with tangible deliverables your team can use independently.
